House Rules to follow to respect our Cottage…

We expect all guests to treat Black Rose Cottage as kind as they would their own home, and always apply good old common sense. There are some important rules we expect all guests comply with...

• Strictly No Smoking

• No guests permitted to stay at Black Rose beyond confirmed guest numbers

• No drinking or eating, or disrespecting, the Black pool table

• Fires must be closed (indoor) or extinguished completely (outdoor) before leaving the property

• Children must be supervised at all times whilst at the property

• The kitchen bench is not a chopping board, respect the timber top and keep clean

• No parties or events without host permission

• Respect our neighbours, and ensure entertaining (music or noise) is kept inside past 10pm

• Furniture must be returned to the location is was upon arrival

• Pet’s permitted with pre-approval, but they’re not welcome on the furniture and all guests must pick-up their pooches poop from the yard upon departure to avoid excess cleaning fee’s being incurred.

• Only windows with screens to be opened, others to remain locked/closed.

All our house rules, as well as safety or helpful instructions, are provided in our Welcome Book at the property. We encourage all guests to read and respect these rules and instructions. Any damage to the property, furniture or excessive cleaning is not covered by the regular cleaning fee charged. Your security deposit will be kept to cover any professional cleaning services or repairs should the House Rules be broken or damages identified following your stay.
